The years of effort paid off, and the first Italian English digital daily newspaper in the US that was started from scratch is now widely regarded as a point of reference.

The newspaper was sparked by the great “glocal” potential presented by the internet and achieved its goal, with relatively few resources, as a publication that can be read both locally and globally, in New York and in Italy, and in other places at the same time.

From its foundation, La Voce has been able to amass an ever-increasing readership mostly spread across North America, Italy, and Europe and reaches thousands of more Italians living in every region of the world. According to Google Analytics, in 2022, La Voce attracted readers from 226 countries and islands worldwide.

From its base in New York, La Voce has successfully connected hundreds of thousands of Italians all over the world and continues to draw non-Italian readers who are passionate about Italian culture and language. As a result of many people’s hard work and dedication over the past decade, the newspaper started from scratch has grown in both readership and recognition. As stated by the founder Stefano Vaccara, this achievement is due in large part to the efforts of highly experienced journalists as well as those of many young, ambitious, and talented people.
